Who this applies to

This policy covers everyone who visits jsonscommunications.com, applies for a role through our careers pages or WhatsApp, or contacts us as a prospective B2B client. JSons Communications, Pakistan Town, Islamabad, is the data controller.

What we collect

  • Contact form and apply submissions: name, phone number, email, the message or job details you send us, and any CV or voice note you attach.
  • WhatsApp applications: your name, phone number, and the content of messages you send our recruiting number, consistent with WhatsApp's own terms.
  • Site usage: pages visited, device and browser type, and referral source, collected through the Meta Pixel for analytics and ad performance.

How we use it

  • To review and respond to job applications and route qualified candidates to the right recruiter.
  • To respond to B2B enquiries about our call center services.
  • To measure which pages and campaigns are working, using aggregated analytics.
  • To meet legal, compliance, and record-keeping obligations tied to our call operations.

Candidate data: CVs, voice notes, and consent

If you upload a CV or voice note through the apply form, it is stored with an unguessable URL and automatically deleted after 90 days unless you're hired, in which case it moves into your employee record under the same safeguards as other staff data. Submitting a WhatsApp application is treated as consent to be contacted about that role by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can withdraw that consent at any time by messaging us directly.

Who we share data with

We share candidate data with our recruiting CRM (GoHighLevel) to track applications through hiring, and we share aggregated, non-identifying analytics with Meta for ad measurement. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data retention

Uploaded CVs and voice notes are retained for 90 days and then deleted unless you're hired. Contact form submissions and WhatsApp conversation records are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing careers@jsonscommunications.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
