Night shift on US hours, currently 8:30 PM–6:45 AM. Timing shifts slightly twice a year with US daylight saving, your recruiter will confirm the current hours.
Basic pay is paid around the 15th, with incentives paid between the 25th and 30th once sales are verified.
Training runs 1–3 weeks depending on your experience. Training days are paid at 50% of basic pay. There's a 3-month probation period after you start.
