Responsibilities
- Learn the script and product across active campaigns during a personalised 1–3 week training period.
- Shadow a Senior Closer before taking any live calls.
- Take live calls with a trainer or Team Lead listening in once you're ready.
- Log every call outcome in the CRM the same shift it happens.
