Responsibilities
- Close calls transferred live from the dialer across active campaigns (Final Expense, Solar, Medalert, and others), following the approved script and disclosures.
- Verify policy or sale details with the client before handing off.
- Log every call outcome in the CRM the same shift it happens.
- Hit weekly QA and conversion targets reviewed with your Team Lead.

Requirements
- About 1 year closing in any US campaign (Final Expense, Solar, Medalert, or similar)
- Fluent spoken English
- Comfortable on US night-shift hours
